# Roadmap

#### **Phase 1 — Foundation (In Progress)**

Building the core Consumer Graph with multi-platform integrations, ZAP scoring, badge system, Walrus Storage, Seal Encryption, and minting the Consumer Graph NFT on Sui.

#### **Q3 2026 — Membership NFT Launch + Intelligence Layer**

Launching the polar bear–themed **Membership NFT** with boosted ZAP multipliers, early-access perks, and priority campaign slots. 

Alongside this, CONSO introduces the Intelligence Layer featuring Persona Tiers, mindshare scoring, and leaderboards

#### **Q4 2026 — Smart Campaigns Expansion**

Major push to make Smart Campaigns a core ecosystem feature. This includes deeper brand integrations, cross-platform reward automation, verified leaderboards, campaign templates, onboarding flows for partners, and expanding campaign types across categories. 

#### **Q1 2027 — Developer API & AI Zone**

Releasing the Developer API with permissioned data access and ZAP/badge-based onboarding conditions, followed by the first rollout of the AI Zone.

#### **Q2 2027 — Ecosystem Expansion**

Improving Consumer Passport portability across apps and games, and pushing ZAPs as the universal consumer reputation standard for Web3.
