#### **1. What is CONSO?**

CONSO is a Consumer Reputation × Info-Fi Layer that transforms your activity across social, gaming, creative, AI, and on-chain platforms into ZAPs, badges, and a portable Consumer Graph NFT.

#### **2. How does CONSO collect my data?**

Data is fetched only from platforms **you explicitly connect**, using verified APIs and user consent. No hidden or unauthorized data collection takes place.

#### **3. Who owns my data?**

You do. All data is encrypted with **Seal Encryption** and stored on **Walrus**, ensuring only you, and the apps you authorize can access it. CONSO cannot see, sell, or misuse your data.

#### **4. What are ZAPs?**

ZAPs are CONSO’s reputation currency. They measure the authenticity, consistency, and impact of your online activity, influencing your Passport Score, Zone Scores, Persona Tier, and Campaign eligibility.

#### **5. What are Badges?**

Badges are proof-of-achievement credentials earned when you hit verified milestones on connected platforms. They come in levels (Lv1–Lv5) and boost your ZAP generation.

#### **6. What is the Consumer Graph NFT?**

It’s your portable, on-chain reputation identity minted on the **Sui Blockchain**, representing your ZAPs, badges, scores, and multi-platform persona.

#### **7. How do Smart Campaigns work?**

Smart Campaigns allow brands, creators, and protocols to reward high-signal users based on real reputation factors, and domain-specific behavior.

#### **8. Which platforms does CONSO support?**

CONSO currently supports YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, X, Reddit, Farcaster, Discord, Telegram, PSN, Steam, GitHub, Sui apps, and more. Additional integrations are regularly added.

#### **9. Is CONSO free to use?**

Yes. Connecting platforms, generating ZAPs, earning badges, and building your Passport are all free. Optional premium features may be introduced later.

#### **10. What is the Membership NFT?**

A polar bear–themed Membership NFT launching in **Q1 2026**, offering perks like boosted ZAP multipliers, priority Smart Campaign access, and exclusive ecosystem benefits.

#### **11. Will developers be able to use CONSO?**

Yes. A full **Developer API** is in development, enabling apps and games to request reputation data (with user consent) and set onboarding rules based on ZAPs, badges, or Zone Scores.
